What To Expect
Only 45 minutes from Portland, the communities of Newberg and Dundee are home to world-class wineries and some especially good Pinot Noir.
While the scenery of the Yamhill valley unfolds, you'll learn about the history and geology of the area. We'll pass through the farms where the first immigrants in the region settled 150 years ago.
We'll start our ride in the heart of the original wine growing region in the Willamette Valley. Cruise your bikes on quiet and picturesque country lanes past wonderful landscapes, farms, contented cows, prancing horses and some of Oregon's best wineries.
Along the way, you can enjoy some world-class wine tasting, an optional picnic lunch and many stirring vistas.
