What To Expect
We depart Quito through the "Avenue of the Volcanoes" with the beautiful Andean landscape in our view. This is a great opportunity to take pictures! There will be a brief stop at the Cotopaxi National Park, where you will have lunch, before our arrival at Riobamba and accommodation in a typical hacienda of the region.
After breakfast the next day, we depart for the train station in Alausí. From here we'll take the train towards the famous Devil's Nose, a magnificent work in in the Andes. We return to Alausí and continue with a visit to the Ingapirca Inca Ruins, the biggest Inca archaeological complex in Ecuador from the XV and XVI centuries. We will head to Cuenca, where we will stay for the night.
The following day, you will go on a city tour after breakfast. You will have the rest of the day to spend at your leisure.
On your last day, you have a free morning to before you are transferred to the airport to take the flight back to Quito (air ticket not included)

*In prevention of new ash fall from the volcano, instead of the Cotopaxi National Park, we will visit a roses plantation until further notice.
