What To Expect
Enjoy a night cruising down the waters of San Diego aboard a luxury yacht. Upon your arrival, sip a glass of chilled champagne as a sign of welcome to the extraordinary night you will be able to experience. Dine lavishly with your friends, family or colleagues from a three-course dinner menu prepared by expert culinary chefs on board.
After dinner, come to the yacht deck and dance to the upbeat music courtesy of the DJ. Dance the night away with your companion/s under the starry San Diego sky. Catch glimpses of San Diego's famed landmarks including the Star of India, Coronado Bay Bridge, North Island Naval station, and the USS Midway aircraft carrier.
You may also celebrate a special holiday dinner during the 4th of July on this cruise as well!

Finished with an Asian-style Chimichurri and served with a creamy risotto cake, seared for a sweet and crunchy caramelized crust. Served with a medley of local seasonal vegetables.
Lemon Rosemary Organc breast of Chicken and Orzo Pasta
Grilled skinless chicken breast prepared with sun-dried tomatoes, capers and fresh parsley, served on a bed of wilted spinach greens, sweet caramelized leeks, fennel and tangy artichokes.
Served with a side of semolina orzo pasta prepared with roasted red and yellow peppers and grilled sweet corn.

Chef Elmer's Vegetarian Timpano
Our house made tower of roasted vegetables is wildly popular with vegetarians! Grilled zucchini, eggplant, squash and red peppers layered with penne pasta in a classic béchamel sauce, resting on a garland of wilted spinach, leeks, and fennel and topped with zesty pomodoro sauce.
White Chocolate Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake
Rich, creamy and slightly tangy cheese cake layer above sweet, crunchy dark chocolate cookie crust and swirled with a velvety, Chambord-style sauce made from blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries. Topped off with freshly whipped cream.
