What To Expect
The Pioneer Square neighborhood is the birthplace of Seattle, rich in history and is currently experiencing a re-birth with many new culinary-centric businesses. The neighborhood will come to life as you hear how these businesses got started, experience their passion for local, seasonal, sustainable eats and see how the food ties back to the neighborhood.
Along with learning about the cultural background of each of the stops on our culinary adventure guests are treated to signature tastes from each of the eight diverse stops along the way including three alcoholic tastings from vibrant Washington state wine made in an urban winery, German beer tasting and sips of premium sake at a unique tasting bar.
