The Icheon Ceramics Village is famous for its world-class pottery. The village has grown quite rapidly over recent years and now has over 300 ceramic art studios making traditional and modern Korean artwork. After lunch, visitors will make their way to the Korean Folk Village, an open-air folk museum with daily live performances portraying life during the Joseon Dynasty.
Surrounding the city of Suwon, the Hwaseong Fortress was built in the late 18th century. With over 75% of the 5.5km wall still intact, this excellent full-day tour is a wonderful way to explore outside of Seoul!
