It helps you maintain physical and spiritual health through practicing various defense and offense skills. As you get increasingly skilled in Tawkwondo, it also helps boost flexibility, strength, balance, breathing, sight and concentration of spirit in addition to enhanced martial art skills and spirits through Taekwondo's mental discipline.
Taekwondo has been in existence for thousands of years and performed at ancient ceremonies and rituals. Today, Taekwondo is a sport that anyone can pick up at any time without any special instrument. It is a discipline of mind and body, a modern world sport, as well as a philosophy.
You will have a chance to experience Korean martial art in one of the Taekwondo gyms in Seoul. The program includes Pumsae which is performed in a systematic and consecutive way against an imaginary opponent single or multiple by using various techniques. Also includes Chagi and Gyeokpa. Chagi means a kick, which is used both for self defense and competition. Gyeokpa is the skill of breaking wood blocks or roof tiles with hands, aiming to test your focus and strength and to help you overcome the fear.
After the experience, you will be given time for photo taking and a certificate will be awarded.
