After being picked up from the airport, head to Chill-Out Guesthouse, a property set amidst a natural landscape of lush tropical forest. Enjoy this relaxing retreat which offers recreational activities, free Wi-Fi access and more! During your stay, treat yourself to an excellent body massage or go horseback riding. The guesthouse also features a restaurant which serves delectable Filipino dishes.
Take delight in a delicious breakfast at the guesthouse and get ready for a fun-filled day out into the waters. One of the best snorkeling spots in the Philippines, Balicasag Island Marine Sanctuary made Bohol famous for its Scuba Diving sites and rich marine life. Learn the basics of scuba diving as you take a fun-filled Discover Scuba Diving course. With an expert diving instructor, discover the joy of living and breathing underwater, and swim among sea turtles, morey eels, clown fish and other Philippine species.
At the end of your thrilling adventure, head back to Chill-out Guesthouse for your night accommodation.
After breakfast, hop on a private minivan and take a spectacular island tour of Bohol. Start in the capital city of Tagbilaran, and see the Blood Compact Monument, a bronze statue commemorating the first treaty of friendship between the Spanish and Filipinos. Visit Baclayon Church and admire its traditional Spanish colonial architecture.
Continue to the town of Loboc and take an optional panoramic cruise along the Loboc River. During the cruise, admire a vista of lush tropical vegetation such as nipa palms, coconut trees and banana groves lining the riverbanks.
Take a quick detour to the Philippine Tarsier and Wildlife Sanctuary and spot indigenous tarsier, a monkey specie considered as the world's second smallest primate. Then, walk under the lush foliage of mahogany trees in a man-made forest and proceed to the Butterfly Sanctuary that features almost 300 species of Philippine butterflies. Marvel at these colorful creatures as they flutter freely on their habitat.
Then, stop at the Chocolate Hills viewpoint and take amazing photos of these unusually shaped hills scattered across the town of Carmen. The famous hills earned their name when the grass turns green to brown at the end of dry season.
You will also pass by a hanging bridge and stop at a souvenir shop before ending your day trip with a drop off at the Chill-Out Guesthouse.
Enjoy a lovely breakfast and spend the rest of the morning as you please. Your 4 amazing days of adventure ends with a drop off at the Tagbilaran airport or pier.
