Just a short distance from Baoan Temple is one of Taipei’s most historic buildings. This temple, dedicated to the great Chinese philosopher Confucius, has exquisite architecture that attracts excellent feng shui. Features include sweeping eaves, oval entrance, and a semi-circular pond. On September 28, celebrate Confusius’s birthday with a solemn ceremony. The temple was built in 1879.
