What To Expect
Explore Kagurazaka, an elegant Tokyo neighborhood. Kagurazaka is famous for a roughly 400m hilly road which extends into various alleyways. View the unique Japanese architecture of this area while lingering in this former hanamachi (geisha district) located in the midst of temples and shrines. Popular with Tokyo residents for its traditional Japanese accessory stores and stylish restaurants, Kagurazaka is sure to make for an unforgettable Tokyo walk.
13:50 Assemble at the Keio Plaza Hotel in Shinjuku. Tour departs at 14:00. The Toei Oedo Line will be used to go from Tocho-mae Station to Iidabashi Station.

Kagurazaka Street (This street has a variety of kimono, Japanese tableware, and traditional craft shops.)

17:00 Tour disbands after returning to Keio Plaza Hotel via the Toei Oedo Line from Ushigome Kagurazaka Station.

Please wear comfortable shoes as this tour will cover a distance of approximately 2 to 2.5 kilometers (1.24 to 1.55 miles) on foot.
If you choose to participate in this tour during the summer, we recommend you wear a hat or visor to protect yourself from the sun. We also recommend you join the tour fully hydrated.
Public transportation (subways) will be used for access to Kagurazaka. Seating may not be available.
Tour takes approximately 3 hours, allowing for travel time and traffic conditions.
