Pass by La Lonja, a Valencian Gothic style building that dates from the 15th century that was a place where the merchants would meet, deal and sign in the late 15th century and is now a Unesco World Heritage Site.
Stop for a food tasting including local organic products and discover what Valencians eat and how they cook it and enjoy it.
The tour ends with a wine tasting of two excellent Valencian white and red wines at the factory where it's produced.
