What To Expect
During the first part of your tour, enjoy a guided tour including the highlights of the city and areas of the so-called "Hidden Venice." You will be visiting St. Mark's Square, St. Mark's Basilica (interior), the Doges' Palace (exterior)
Get an in-depth discussion about the political and religious center of Venice to understand why for many a centuries she was called "La Serenissima," the most serene of all Republics. Your guide will then take you through the backstreets to discover other gems of the city before concluding your tour by the Rialto Bridge.
You will then meet again with your guide for the second part of the tour, featuring a ride on a traditional Venetian gondola. During the journey, you will mostly travel through small canals where you will quickly realize the magic of Venice, as you admire the Venetian palaces and charming bridges that line these enticing waterways.

Children 4 years old and below are free of charge for the walking portion of the tour, however they must pay for the child booster seat for the gondola ride. If you have an infant joining the tour, please indicate this upon booking and inquire for special rates.
There is a few hours gap between the walking tour and the boat tour.
Shoulders and knees must be covered in order to enter St. Mark's Basilica. Large bags are not allowed. Storage areas are also not available.
This tour is not suitable for people with walking disabilities or required the use of a walker or motorized vehicle.
St. Mark's Basilica may be closed due to ceremonies being held inside the church.
Gondolas can accommodate a maximum of 6 people each.
